Getting Started

Step 2: Choose Your Reset
Pick TONA 75, 75 Hard, 75 Soft, or a custom reset. Each option gives you a starting structure, and custom resets let you adjust the challenge before it begins.
Step 3: Choose Your Start Date
Set the day your reset begins. TONA shows the start and end dates so the challenge feels concrete.
Step 4: Customize Your Daily Habits
Choose the habits you want to track. Common options include steps, water, workouts, clean eating, progress photos, weight tracking, and custom tasks.
Step 5: Check In Every Day
Open TONA each day, complete the habits on your list, and keep the reset moving. Your checklist shows what is done and what still needs attention.
